ingnition coil----- very urgent!!!!

HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have problem with the ingnition coil on my byke.Here it is the situation:The ingnition lock is in the position ON, red switch is on the position RUN,engine does NOT RUNING!
Ingnition coil start to heating (especialy upper wire).
When I start the engine everything is OK.

Please tel me is this normal or something is wrong..
